Whether it is prioritizing someone’s years of education over another’s skills and knowledge, or perpetuating an outdated professionalism standard, people with lived experience often struggle to advance within a workplace.

LEAP4ward services are designed to create pathways of upward mobility for staff with lived experience. We envision an environment where people with lived experience are moving into executive and system-level leadership positions across the country, informing policy, promoting funding, and creating system-wide change.
